Our compensation package includes 35% of collections; we collect 100%, we pay 100% of health insurance, malpractice insurance, and dental society dues. We also have a 401(k) with a 5% match. We pay for all continuing education. We pay 100% of the lab bill. Associates' duties include general dentistry working out of two ops, and an assistant will be provided.
